Every project starts with a simple question: how should this space make people feel? Across our recent work in Dubai, that question has led to two very different results, a serene private residence and an energetic shared workspace. Both projects show how thoughtful design and skilled execution can shape daily life, whether at home or at work.
Luxury Residential Interior
Our Luxury Residential Interior project focused on turning a family home into a calm, elegant retreat. Warm wood panelling, layered cove lighting and richly textured headboards give the bedrooms a hotel-like sense of comfort, while curved doorways and soft, rounded furniture keep the living areas feeling gentle rather than formal. Every material, from the woven textiles to the stone accents, was chosen to age gracefully and feel personal rather than showroom-perfect.
Coworking Space
Our Coworking Space project needed to support very different moods throughout the day, focused solo work, casual conversation and everything in between. We used timber slat ceilings, circular glass partitions and generous planting to break a single open floor into distinct zones without closing anything off. The result is a workspace that feels calm and green, but stays flexible enough for teams to reconfigure as they grow.
These two projects sit at opposite ends of our portfolio, yet both rely on the same process: careful planning, honest material choices and construction that’s built to last. If you’re considering a residential, commercial or retail fitout in Dubai, we’d be glad to walk you through more of our work and discuss how we’d approach your space.
